8.

When the amount standing to an officer's

credit in the fund, if added to the amount of the

Government contribution makes the total sum equal to

the amount required for such officer's passage or passages

he shall cease to contribute to the fund until such time

come as it may be/necessary to make further payment thereto,

or until he is directed to resume his contributions.

9. All contributions shall be compulsory, and shall

be made by deduction from the officer's salary monthly.

10. The total cost of this scheme to the Government

over a period of four years would be approximately

Rs.400,000, or about Rs.100,000 per annum.
